Aatrox Communications Trading as Linked Communications is an Australian and New Zealand company which specialises in Telecommunications Solutions and hardware. Our portfolio includes Audio and Video Conferencing Solutions from basic webcams, small huddle rooms to large complex board rooms: Cloud Based Solutions, Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS), IP and TEAMS Collaboration Solutions; PABX equipment, Gateways and Mobility products. We also specialise in and provide Telephone Headsets for Microsoft and UC Platforms aswell as Wireless, Bluetooth, Corded and traditional telephony headsets.

Linked Communications has over 25 years of telecommunications experience — in terms of operations between its key Director, and Senior Management Team. We have a policy that “Service will always be our Focus”. Our staff are well trained in dealing with customers by way of listening to their requirement, understanding their needs, find a solution and deliver within a 24 hour period. If a tailored solution needs further time, they are in constant contact with the customer giving regular updates, thus alleviating any issues before they arise. For clients who insist with only dealing with management, our senior management team have an open door policy and will always be available to assist. We regularly hold product training sessions in-house whereby we invite Vendors to present and train our staff on new products, as well as a refresh on current products. We also encourage our staff to attend seminars offered by our Partners.

Our Managed Service for Telephony Peripheral

Linked Communications offers a Managed Service whereby we deliver, install and train customers rather than just deliver a box. Furthermore, we have sales and support staff available to our customers via our Help Desk. If there is an issue with any product you purchase from Linked Communications, all you need to do is call our Help Desk number for immediate support. If the issue is not able to be resolved over the phone, we will send our technical staff to your premises to rectify.

If your product needs to be replaced, we will have designated warranty stock at all times to ensure quick and easy replacement of all faulty items. This will ensure a warranty product will be replaced within 24 hours by our team, instead of waiting on the manufacturer to do so. If an item is urgent we will deliver same day (Metro areas only).

On special projects we offer to deploy your Telephony peripheral equipment as part of our service. We will have our technical team on site to roll out the products on any projects, thus alleviating your team from this task.

  • We will take over immediately all your existing telephony peripheral service, management and warranty regardless if it was purchased through us or not. 
  • We offer to deliver, install and train your staff on any telephony equipment including headsets.
  • Staff may call our Help Desk for any issues relating to all telephony peripheral equipment for immediate assistance.
  • We offer our technical and sales support staff on any major roll out.
  • If your product needs to be replaced, we will have designated warranty stock on hand for immediate replacement. This will ensure a warranty product will be replaced within 24 hours by our team, instead of waiting on the manufacturer to do so.
  • Stock retention and availability guaranteed.
  • Our warehouse maintains available warranty stock if the products require replacement. Level 3 support ensures warranty products will be replaced in 24 hours by our team once the RMA form and faulty goods have been received. On extra – ordinary urgent requirements outside the normal procedures, we will deliver same day warranty replacements within Metro Areas and 1-2 days for Regional Areas.
  • Our staff have the technical expertise to provide special modifications and software upgrades.
  • We may warehouse your equipment requirements. You may draw on them at any time. We will dispatch to as many sites as requested. 
  • We will only invoice what you draw on if this is your preference.
  • We provide Monthly reports (refer to below) on sales, warranty returns, service jobs, outcomes and SLA’s. This will be either or both in Word or Excel format.

Warranty

Dealing with faulty products and warranty claims can be a hassle, so we like to make everything as easy as possible for you. So you don't have to deal with faceless manufacturers outside of Australia, we will handle it for you. Just let us know if your product is experiencing problems, and we will do the rest. We do of course have an obligation to the manufacturers to do some troubleshooting to try to get your product back up and running, so please call us at a time that is convenient for you to do this.

The warranty that is provided with your product is a direct manufacturer’s warranty. Some products may carry a longer warranty period than others. Please refer to your product user guide for warranty information or via the manufacturer's website. You may be responsible for returning the faulty product to the manufacturer. Please contact our team or Help Desk if you are experiencing issues with your device. Support will be provided to assess the nature of the fault.

Where possible, we encourage our team to utilise local resources to procure from Australian Disability Enterprise or Aboriginal Businesses.

Linked Communications encourages suppliers to be certified or follow the requirements of SA8000, an international Social Accountability Standard, requiring the ban of any form of forced labor. We also ensure this is the case with all major signing with suppliers. Linked Communications will cease working with suppliers that are deemed to not meet those standards.
